What information we collect

When you fill in our contact form, we collect your first and last name, your email address, and anything you include in your message, such as your address and details of the work you need.

If you call, text, or email us directly, we keep the details you give us so we can reply.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out work, and keep a record of jobs we have done. Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to provide a quote or service.

We never sell your information, and we do not use it to send you marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not share your information with anyone else, except the company that hosts our website and stores contact form messages on our behalf, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and job records for as long as we need them to provide our service and meet our legal and accounting obligations, usually up to six years, and then delete them.

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Links to Facebook and Google take you to their own websites, which have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just get in touch using the details above.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
